Shared Reports let you send a read-only link to any saved report. Anyone with the link can view the full report without a BeSeenByAI account. Useful for sharing audit results with clients, stakeholders, or teammates who are not on the platform.
Available on every paid plan. Sharing a link is not the same as downloading a document — see Downloading a report for the three PDFs. White-label branding on shared reports is Agency-only — see White-label reports.
How to share a report
- Open a saved report.
- In the report action strip, click Copy share link.
- The button confirms Link copied! — paste it anywhere.
That’s it. The link is active immediately.
What recipients can see
The shared report shows the audit in full — all tabs, all findings, grades, and details. Recipients can navigate Overview, AI Crawlability, Content Visibility, Agentic Browsing, Authority, Content Coverage, Prompt Fit, Prompt Discovery, and Lab. What is stripped out is the owner’s controls: exports, the re-run and upgrade prompts, and anything that would lead to another report. (Speed metrics don’t have their own tab — TTFB appears in AI Crawlability and CLS/INP in Content Visibility.)
Recipients cannot:
- Run new audits
- Save, edit, or delete anything
- See other reports or projects in your account
White-label shared reports
On the Agency plan, shared reports can carry a brand other than ours. Branding is set per project — and since a project is usually one client, that is normally the client’s brand rather than your agency’s. When it is configured, a shared report shows:
- The logo set on that project
- That project’s brand name, with “AI readiness report” as the subtitle
- No BeSeenByAI branding
If you turn white-label on but set no name or logo, the report comes out unbranded rather than falling back to ours — nobody’s name on it. See White-label reports.

Common questions
Does the link expire? Shared report links do not expire automatically. They remain active as long as the underlying report exists in your account.
Can I revoke a shared link? Currently, shared links cannot be individually revoked. If you need to prevent access, the report would need to be deleted.
Is the link visible to search engines? Shared report links are not indexed by search engines, but they are not password-protected. Anyone who has the URL can view the report. Avoid sharing links to reports that contain sensitive or confidential information.
What plan is required? Shared reports are available on Plus, Pro and Agency. Report exports are Pro and Agency; white-label branding is Agency only. See Downloading a report for what each document contains.
