Is there really a free trial?

Yes. Every paid plan starts with a 14-day free trial — full feature access on your selected plan. Cancel renewal anytime from billing settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the cycle.

What's the difference between Free and a paid plan?

Free runs the full diagnostic on demand, 1 audit per day per IP, with 1 Prompt Discovery and 1 Prompt Fit teaser per URL. Paid plans add saved reports, larger monthly audit pools, full Prompt Discovery / Prompt Fit allowances, Optimizations (the fixes written for you), projects, shareable links and (on Pro+) Technical, Content and Site Report exports.

What counts against my audit pool?

Manual spot audits and daily monitoring runs both consume credits from the same monthly pool. Report exports do not. Prompt Discovery, Prompt Fit and Optimizations have their own separate monthly pools.

Do unused credits roll over?

No. Audits and your Prompt Discovery, Prompt Fit and Optimizations allowances all reset on your billing-cycle anniversary. Reused analysis results (re-opening a report) do not consume new credits.

Can I upgrade, downgrade or cancel anytime?

Yes. All plan changes happen from your billing settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current cycle. No long-term contracts on standard plans.

How does monitoring work?

Monitoring is included on the Agency plan only. We re-audit your tracked URLs daily, email you when something changes, and keep a history so you can compare any two runs. You set how much of a change is worth an email, per category, so routine edits stay quiet. Each monitoring run counts against your monthly audit pool.

What does white-label include?

Agency plans can deliver shareable report links and PDFs branded with your agency name and logo instead of BeSeenByAI, so the deliverable looks like it came from you.

What if I need more than the Agency plan?

Custom Enterprise pricing covers higher audit volume, SSO and dedicated support. Contact us with your requirements.

What happens to my data if I cancel?

Audit history stays accessible for 30 days in case you re-subscribe. After that it's permanently deleted per our retention policy. You can export everything before cancellation.

How is billing handled?

Billing runs through Lemon Squeezy, which acts as merchant of record (handles tax compliance globally). You'll receive a receipt by email for every charge.
