White-Label Reports

Agency plan feature: present reports to clients under your own branding instead of BeSeenByAI's.

White-label branding replaces BeSeenByAI’s name and visual identity in reports you share with clients. When enabled, shared report links and exported PDFs show your client’s brand name and logo instead. The internal app stays product-branded — white-labeling only affects what clients see.

Available on the Agency plan only.

How to set up white-label branding

White-label branding is configured per project — each project can have its own client branding. To set it up:

  1. Open the project in your account.
  2. Scroll to the Client branding card (visible on Agency accounts only).
  3. Enable the Enable white-label branding toggle.
  4. Enter the client brand name — this replaces “BeSeenByAI” in the report header.
  5. Optionally upload a client logo.
  6. Click Save Branding.

Once saved, all shared report links and PDF exports for that project will use the client branding.

Logo requirements

  • Formats: PNG, JPG, WEBP, or SVG
  • Maximum file size: 2 MB
  • Recommended size: Wide logo up to 400 × 120 px

The logo appears in the report header alongside the brand name and the subtitle “AI readiness report.” A wide, horizontal logo works best. If no logo is uploaded, the brand name alone is used.

What clients see

When a client opens a shared report link for a white-labeled project:

  • The header shows your client’s logo (if uploaded) and brand name
  • The subtitle reads “[Brand name] AI readiness report”
  • No BeSeenByAI name or branding appears in the report

The full report content — all tabs, findings, grades, and details — is unchanged.

Disabling white-label branding

To disable white-labeling for a project, open the Client branding card and click Disable White Label. Shared links already sent to clients will immediately revert to showing BeSeenByAI branding.

To remove the logo without disabling branding entirely, click Remove Logo. The project will continue using name-only branding until a new logo is uploaded.

Shared reports and white-label

White-label branding works together with Shared Reports. To send a branded report to a client:

  1. Set up white-label branding for the project.
  2. Open the report you want to share.
  3. Click Copy share link from the report action strip.
  4. Send the link to your client.

The client opens the link and sees the report under your client’s branding, with no login required.
