An audit tells you what’s wrong. Optimizations takes the next step: for the findings that come down to content or structure, it drafts the actual fix — a rewritten section, an FAQ answer, or a schema block — so you paste it in and re-audit instead of writing it from scratch.
Optimizations is available on every paid plan. What differs by tier is how many pages you can optimize each month and whether you can bulk-export the results (see Availability below).
What a generated Optimization is
A generated Optimization is a draft, not an automatic edit. Nothing on your live site changes. For a specific finding, you get:
- The draft — the text or markup that closes the gap.
- Where it goes — the place on the page the draft is meant for (a new FAQ block, the opening of a section, the page
<head>). - What it’s grounded in — the parts of your page the draft was built from.
- A status — Ready to use, or Needs confirmation when the draft contains a placeholder you have to fill (see Why we ask you to confirm some facts).
You review the draft, confirm any placeholders, copy it into your CMS, and re-audit.
Which tabs generate fixes
Optimizations works on the four content-and-structure checks. Each produces a different shape of fix:
- Content Coverage — drafts the missing answer or section for a question or concept the page skips. See Content Coverage.
- Prompt Fit — drafts the consolidated, focused answer for a target prompt the page answers weakly. See Prompt Fit.
- Prompt Discovery — drafts the section a recommended action names, so a close-to-winning prompt gets the content it needs. See Prompt Discovery.
- Authority — where the fix is markup, drafts the valid JSON-LD or schema block for a failed or weak check. See Authority.
Crawlability, Content Visibility, Performance, and Agentic Browsing are not fix-generating tabs — those findings are fixes in your infrastructure or templates (a slow server, a blocked bot, a missing label), not drafts a writing tool can hand you. The report tells you what to change on those tabs, but there’s no draft to generate.
The loop: audit, fix, re-audit
Optimizations is the middle step of a loop, not a separate tool.
- Audit the page. The report surfaces the findings on each tab.
- Generate the fix on a content or structure finding. The draft is written against that specific finding.
- Paste it in and re-audit. The finding should close and the score move.
Because the draft is built from the same read of the page the audit already did, it’s concrete — it names the change and gives you the words to make it.
Why we ask you to confirm some facts
Every draft is built only from the content already on your page. Optimizations does not pull in outside facts or invent specifics to fill a gap. That’s the rule that keeps a generated fix safe to publish.
It also raises an obvious case: what about a fact the page never actually stated — a starting price, a launch date, a spec? Rather than guess, the draft leaves a clearly marked placeholder, like [CONFIRM: starting price], and marks the draft Needs confirmation. You replace each placeholder with the real value before you publish.
So a generated fix is always one of two things: grounded in content you already have, or flagged for you to confirm — never a fact the tool made up. Review every draft and fill its placeholders before publishing. A draft with placeholders left in is not finished.
The Content Report
When you’ve generated fixes across a report, the Content Report collects them into a single export — every drafted fix for the page in one document, grouped by check, with the placeholders highlighted.
- Print / Save as PDF, Download Markdown, or Copy all.
- Export is free and never generates new fixes — it only gathers the drafts you’ve already created.
Bulk export (the Content Report) is a Pro and Agency feature. On Plus, you still generate fixes and copy each draft individually; you just don’t get the one-document export.

Common questions
Does it change my site automatically? No. Every Optimization is a draft you review and paste in yourself. Nothing publishes on its own.
Can it invent facts my page doesn’t have?
No. Drafts are built only from content already on the page. Anything the page didn’t supply becomes a [CONFIRM: …] placeholder for you to fill — it’s never invented.
What does “optimizing a page” cost against my plan? One page against your monthly allowance (Plus 30, Pro 90, Agency 300), however many drafts you generate for that page.
How is the Content Report different from a PDF report? The PDF report is your audit findings. The Content Report is the set of generated fixes — what to add — collected in one export. Bulk export is Pro and Agency; Plus copies drafts individually.
Why can’t I generate a fix on Crawlability or Performance? Those findings are infrastructure or template changes, not content drafts. The report tells you what to change, but there’s nothing to draft.
